I have read several Inspector Mcdonald books by E.C.R. Lorac and have enjoyed them all. The mystery is always good, but the character development is what makes these books so enjoyable. In this one Mcdonald heads to Vienna to enjoy a vacation, but becomes unwillingly embroiled in a murder that takes place near his friends house/5().
